Haldrup Plot Combine Harvester
The
first Haldrup experimental Plot Combine Harvester was manufactured in
1986 and up until today more than 100 Haldrup Plot Combine Harvesters
for agricultural research institutes and universities all over the world
have been constructed.
The
Haldrup Plot Combine Harvester is based on the conventional threshing
principal but with a number of changes in order to meet the needs and
demands of the users.
What
characterises the Haldrup Plot Combine Harvester is that it can thresh
all crops under extremely difficult conditions
with an easy adjustment between the many different crops being grown
around the world and additionally with an easy daily preparation.
The
Haldrup Plot Combine Harvester is constructed with the aim of making it
as easy as possible to operate and to maintain.
This aim has been achieved through hydraulic operation of most functions
and through spring tension of the few remaining belts and chains.
Through
constant development in many of the Plot Combine Harvesters areas J.
Haldrup have succeeded in minimising the waste by harvest and to keep
the harvester as clean as
possible without manual interference. This has been achieved by means of
continuous air supply from high-pressure blower cleaning between
the belt, so that the remaining grains are blown out and also by
avoiding corners on the machine, where grains can get stuck.
Furthermore,
the Haldrup Plot Combine Harvester is completely
vibration free, so that you can weigh while driving and get an
optimum accuracy of the weighing result. The weighing system is dust-
and waterproof and has automatic data collection and printing.
A
close co-operation with agricultural research institutes has resulted in
the easiest and most efficient way of carrying out the sampling with the
possibility of harvesting from 60 to 80, 10m2 plots per hour. As
sampling, weighing and recording of the individual plots can take place
from the driver’s seat, sampling may also be done by one person.
The
Haldrup Plot Combine Harvester has a large capacity, low noise level,
good threshing ability, goes quickly empty, has a quick and easy
adjustment between crops, has a sturdy construction but is
still very
easy to manoeuvre because of the fully hydraulic operation.
To
insure a maximum capacity of the harvester it is equipped with
4 straw
walkers with large holes, so that all grains are separated from the
straw.
As
each machine is customer made it is possible to choose different
specifications and accessories. As an example, the customer can choose
between 5 different cutting widths for the cutting table: 1250 mm, 1510
mm, 1740 mm, 2045 mm and 2350 mm.
It
is possible to choose between two different weighing system, alternative
tyres and accessories such as rape cutter, maize picker, straw chopper,
extra concave, 4 wheel drive, sunroof and cabin.
The
Haldrup Plot Combine Harvester has a very spacious cabin with room for
two persons and with air-conditioning, heater, fresh-air system with
two-stage fan, a two layer suction dust filter, stereo
with tape
recorder, two side mirrors and seat for assistant. The cab has tinted
laminated glass, Rotor wiper (360°), windscreen wiper
and a low noise
level.
A
two-row maize picker, rape cutter or straw chopper can be mounted on the
Haldrup Plot Combine Harvester.
